One of the more interesting 12 light chandeliers I found was the Promenade 12 Light Chandelier. This thing looks huge but is actually smaller than I expected. It is a few inches more than 2 feet in diameter and is forty inches tall. It definitely isn't a small chandelier but it is still manageable in the right house. The chandelier is metal and has been plated to give it a antique silver finish. The design is meant to look like a bunch of flowers coming out of a central hub. Each stem reminds me of a rose or poppy bulb with a light coming up from it. Each of the twelve lights has a small, round lamp shade that covers it. The lamp shades are pink, I'm not sure if they offer any other colors but it would certainly allow you to make it fit in with a lot more room styles. If you buy one make sure and pick up plenty of bulbs, it doesn't include any of the 12 needed.
The next chandelier reminds of of days gone by. I can imagine this chandelier hanging up King Arthur's round table. It is called the Antique Copper Artful Iron 12-light Chandelier. Of course there weren't light bulbs in King Arthur's day(if there ever actually was a King Arthur haha) but the light bulbs are all dressed up to look like candles. This chandelier is characterized mostly by a giant ring that holds all of the lights. This ring is a little under three feet in diameter. The whole chandelier is covered in an antique copper finish, some parts of it even look like wrought iron. In the right home, this chandelier would look truly spectacular.
The last chandelier for today looks extremely modern. I probably should have included this in the Modern Contemporary Chandelier post, but it has twelve lights so now is a great time too I suppose. The chandelier is called Pyramid Antique Silver 12-light Chandelier. Don't let antique in the name fool you, there is nothing antique looking about this light. It has a giant center column which holds a square base. On the bottom of the base there is a small pyramid pointing downward. The light then has to tiers of lights. From the base sticks off 8 lights in a square (two on each of the four sides) surrounding it and from the base sticks another four lights. Each light is an white upside down pyramid with the bulb resting inside. This is a chandelier is definitely a site to be seen.
